FAQ
Common questions
Straight answers about how we work. For engagement details, see services or book a discovery conversation.
- What is the difference between Website Sprint, Growth Subscription, and Custom Build?
- Website Sprint is a focused website project for launch or refresh. Growth Subscription is ongoing website, content, and automation support on a recurring basis. Custom Build is for integrations, technical scope, or requirements beyond a standard sprint. We confirm fit and scope in discovery before you commit.
- How does scoping work after discovery?
- Discovery clarifies goals, existing assets, integrations, content readiness, and approvals. We then propose deliverables, milestones, and fees in writing. Public pages describe typical engagement shapes; they are not binding quotes until you accept a proposal or agreement.
- Who owns the website and creative work?
- Ownership and license terms are defined in your signed agreement. Generally, client-approved deliverables transfer according to the statement of work after fees are paid as specified. Third-party tools, fonts, and stock assets may remain under their own licenses.
- Where do you work with clients?
- Vimmix Digital LLC is a United States company with an international team of specialists. We are remote-first and work with clients in the U.S. and internationally. The LLC is domiciled in Florida for legal purposes; delivery is not limited to one region. We do not publish a business phone number on this website.
- How long does a Website Sprint take?
- Timeline is agreed after discovery based on scope, content readiness, and review cycles — not from a fixed public duration. Booking and contact forms may ask for timing preferences; those answers help us plan, not guaranteed service-level timelines.
- Are prices listed on the website?
- Public service pages show “scoped after discovery” rather than published dollar ranges. Fees appear in your proposal or agreement once scope is understood.
- How can I reach Vimmix Digital?
- Use the contact or book forms on this site, or email hello@vimmixdigital.com. We do not publish a business phone number on this website.
